Why I am being charged for overhead and supervision?

On bigger jobs, with professional people, it's not uncommon to line item the supervision and even profits. Rather than burying them in each line item we want to set the expectation with you, and the contractors, that there is going to be supervision. It's key to successfully completing projects.
