What types of homes qualify for Sell 360?

Sell 360 works with a wide range of residential properties. In general, homes that qualify tend to be:

• Single-family homes, townhomes, and condos in eligible markets.

• Properties where renovation or preparation work would meaningfully increase sale price.

• Homes in markets where Revive has established contractor and agent relationships.

Homes that may not be eligible include properties in markets outside Revive's current coverage area, or homes where the upfront offer wouldn't provide meaningful value to the seller.

The best way to know if your home qualifies is to submit a request. Revive reviews each property individually.
