3. Accept and close — Once you agree to the terms, Revive closes quickly. You receive your first payout — up to 80% of your home's current value — and can move on.

Revive prepares and lists your home — Revive manages any improvements needed to maximize sale price, then lists it on the open market. You don't manage anything.

Receive your second payout — After the home sells, you receive the remaining equity (minus agreed costs and the program fee). If it sells for more than expected, you benefit from that upside.
Unlike a standard cash offer, you're not done after step 3. Your second payout is where much of the value is captured.
