What is the Sell 360 process, step by step?

A complete walkthrough of the full experience

  1. 1. Request an offer — Share basic details about your home online. Takes less than a minute.

  2. 2. Receive your upfront offer — Revive evaluates your home's current value and what it could sell for after preparation. They present a clear upfront offer and walk you through the numbers.

  3. 3. Accept and close — Once you agree to the terms, Revive closes quickly. You receive your first payout — up to 80% of your home's current value — and can move on.

  4. Revive prepares and lists your home — Revive manages any improvements needed to maximize sale price, then lists it on the open market. You don't manage anything.

  5. Receive your second payout — After the home sells, you receive the remaining equity (minus agreed costs and the program fee). If it sells for more than expected, you benefit from that upside.

Unlike a standard cash offer, you're not done after step 3. Your second payout is where much of the value is captured.
