What is difference between you and other contractors?

We are not a contractor, but we fully support the contractor. Most contractors are oriented around their profitability, Revive is oriented around transparency and your profitability.

Most contractors business are not oriented around production time and making you money, Revive business model is fully oriented around those two things. When dealing directly with contractors typically there is lots of friction and contractors are trying to squeeze you for the highest price. Since Revive is not the contractor but rather your renovation advocate working for you and the deal flow and support contractors want allows Revive to squeeze contractors instead of you getting squeezed.
