WHAT IS A PAYOFF DEMAND AND HOW DO I GET ONE?

Understand what a payoff demand is and how to obtain one.

A payoff demand is a document that states the exact amount needed to fully pay off an amount owed to Revive under the applicable project agreements on a property. In the context of a Revive project, it reflects the total amount owed to Revive - including renovation costs, fees, and any other amounts due under the applicable agreements - as of a specific date.

Payoff demands are most commonly requested during the escrow process, when a title company or closing attorney needs to confirm the outstanding balance so it can be settled from the sale proceeds at closing.

To request a payoff demand, email payoff@revive.realestate with the following:

- The property address

- Where you would like the payoff demand sent (email address or recipient name)
