What does Revive handle vs. what does the agent?

Agent responsibilities:

• Identifying and sourcing the investment property

• Evaluating neighborhood trends and ARV (after-repair value)

• Bringing the deal to Revive for underwriting

• Staying engaged as a partner throughout the project

• Listing and selling the renovated property

Revive's responsibilities:

• Underwriting and approving the deal

• Providing up to 95% of the capital

• Selecting and managing contractors

• Overseeing all renovation planning, permitting, and execution

• Guiding the agent on deal evaluation and investment decisions
