An overview of Revive’s cost structure and payment process
One of the biggest advantages of working with Revive is that you don’t pay anything upfront.
Revive fronts 100% of the renovation cost, based on an agreed-upon scope of work. This includes materials, labor, permits (if needed), and project management. Unlike HELOCs or renovation loans, there’s no interest, no credit check, and no repayment until the home sells.
That means no out-of-pocket fees, no loans, and no surprise invoices while the work is happening!
Occasions when payment could be due:
- When the home sells
- If the client cancels their listing agreement
- If the home is not being actively marketed on the MLS
- If 12 months pass from the Revive contract date and the home has not been sold
From the initial consultation to the final decision, you remain in the driver's seat.
