There is no commitment required at this stage -- it is an opportunity to share your ideas, your timeline, and your budget so Revive can begin putting together a rough estimate and connect you with the right team.

You can begin by submitting your project through the Revive website at www.revive.realestate/solutions/renovate-to-stay, or by calling Revive directly at +1 (855) 684-5364. Once your project is submitted, a dedicated Property Advisor is assigned to you. Your Property Advisor is your main point of contact throughout the process and is responsible for helping shape the plan from day one.

The more context you can provide at this stage, the more useful the initial estimate will be. Revive will ask about:

• What you want to change or improve -- whether that is a kitchen, bathroom, a full home remodel, or structural work
• Your approximate budget and how flexible it is
• Your timeline -- when you would like work to begin and how long you are willing to have contractors in your home
• Any specific style preferences or design goals you already have in mind

Based on what you share, Revive puts together a rough estimate that reflects your timeline, budget, and scope. This is a starting point -- not a final proposal. It gives you a realistic picture of what the project might look like before any deeper planning begins.

If the rough estimate looks aligned with your goals, the next step is meeting your interior designer. Revive assigns a dedicated designer to your project who will begin developing a style and material plan tailored to your home and your vision.
