Start project

Revive takes the lead -- renovation planning gets underway.

With escrow closed and the first transaction complete, Revive begins the active project phase. This is the handoff from paperwork to physical work -- and it is fully managed by Revive's team.

What Happens at Project Start

Revive uses the information gathered during escrow -- inspections, contractor walk-throughs, and the approved scope of work -- to finalize the renovation plan. At this stage:

  • Contractors are selected and scheduled based on the approved scope
  • Materials and fixtures are sourced according to the renovation plan
  • A project timeline is established and shared with the homeowner and agent
  • Revive's project management team takes over day-to-day coordination
The Homeowner's Role

Once the project starts, the homeowner's involvement is minimal by design. Revive handles all contractor communication, scheduling, and quality oversight. The homeowner does not need to be on-site or available to manage the work.

If questions arise that require homeowner input -- for example, a decision about a specific fixture or finish -- Revive will reach out directly. These situations are the exception, not the rule.

Staying Informed

Revive provides progress updates throughout the project. Your agent is also kept in the loop so they can begin preparing the listing strategy while construction is underway.
