With the scope approved and the contractor in place, construction begins. This is the phase where the plan becomes reality. Revive and the construction team manages the day-to-day execution so you do not have to coordinate contractors, chase updates, or troubleshoot issues on your own.

Every Renovate to Stay project includes a dedicated Owner's Representative -- a Revive team member who serves as your single point of contact throughout the construction phase. The Owner's Rep is responsible for:

• Coordinating between you, the contractor, and Revive's internal team
• Monitoring progress and quality throughout the renovation
• Keeping the project aligned to the approved scope and budget
• Addressing any issues or decisions that come up during construction
• Delivering weekly updates on construction progress

Every Renovate to Stay project includes Revive's Protection Promise:

When construction is complete, Revive conducts a final review to confirm all work matches the approved scope. Your Owner's Rep walks you through the finished project and addresses any final items before the project is formally closed out.
