The final step in Flip 360 is the payoff. Once the renovated property sells, the agent participates in the profit from the flip and earns a commission on the resale -- two income streams from a single transaction.

At the close of the resale, the agent receives:

• A share of the net profit from the flip, distributed based on the partnership structure agreed to with Revive
• A resale commission earned as the listing agent on the finished property

This combination is what distinguishes Flip 360 from simply earning a commission on a transaction. The agent participates in the investment upside, not just the brokerage side of the deal.

Net profit is calculated after accounting for:

• The original purchase price of the property
• The total renovation costs
• Revive's program fee
• Carrying costs and standard closing expenses

What remains after these deductions is the profit pool, which is split between the agent and Revive according to the terms of the Flip 360 partnership. Your Property Advisor will walk through a projected profit breakdown when you evaluate any specific deal.

In one completed Flip 360 project in Felton, CA, the agent contributed $90,000 toward a $440,000 purchase. Revive contributed $350,000. After a $202,000 renovation, the home sold for $825,000. The agent's total earnings included $93,000 in profit share and $27,000 in resale commission -- $120,000 in total from a single deal.
