Review your plan

See the full scope, budget, and value strategy before moving forward.

Before any work begins and before you sign anything, Revive presents you with a complete renovation plan for your review. This plan gives you a clear picture of what is being proposed, what it will cost, and what your home is projected to be worth after renovation.

What the Plan Includes

Your renovation plan is built specifically for your home and your market. It typically covers:

  • A current as-is value estimate for your home
  • A projected after-repair value (ARV) based on recent comparable sales in your area
  • A recommended scope of work -- the specific renovations Revive is proposing
  • A fixed budget for the renovation
  • The expected return on the renovation investment
How the Scope Is Determined

Revive's recommendations are shaped by real market data, not guesswork. The scope focuses on improvements that are most likely to increase buyer appeal and sale price in your specific area. Unnecessary work is left out -- every line item is chosen because it is expected to generate a return.

You are not locked into a generic renovation package. The plan is tailored to your home, and you have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any part of the scope before moving forward.

No Cost to Receive a Proposal
There is no charge to have Revive evaluate your property and prepare a proposal. Receiving a proposal does not obligate you to move forward. If you decide to proceed beyond the proposal stage, additional due diligence activities may be required, some of which may involve costs that will be communicated in advance.

What Comes Next

If you are satisfied with the plan and want to proceed, the next step is formally approving the project—reviewing the final documents, meeting the licensed third-party contractor for your project, and signing the necessary agreements so Revive and contractor can begin preparing for the renovation.
