Review offer
Understanding your Sell 360 proposal before you commit.
Once Revive has reviewed your property and confirmed it is a good fit for Sell 360, they will prepare a formal offer for your review. This proposal lays out exactly what you can expect to receive -- both upfront and at resale -- so you can make an informed decision.
What the Offer IncludesYour Sell360 offer is built around your specific property, its current condition, and its projected value after renovation. It will include:
- Your upfront equity release -- the cash amount you receive when the first transaction closes
- The estimated after-repair value (ARV) of the home once renovations are complete
- A projected range for your resale proceeds -- the second payment you receive after the renovated home sells
- Revive's fee for managing the renovation and resale process
The offer is designed to show you two things clearly: what you receive now, and what you stand to gain later. The upfront amount is fixed at the time of the offer. The resale proceeds are a projection based on current market conditions and comparable sales -- they reflect a realistic range, not a guarantee.
To evaluate whether Sell 360 makes sense for your situation, compare the total projected payout (upfront plus resale proceeds) against what you would net from a traditional sale or a direct investor offer.
Taking Your TimeThere is no pressure to accept immediately. Review the offer carefully, ask your agent or Revive Property Advisor any questions you have, and take the time you need. Once you are ready to move forward, the next step is finalizing the offer.
