Renovate

With the project approved and the contractor in place, the renovation begins. This phase is fully overseen by Revive and managed by your contractor. You do not need to coordinate contractors, manage schedules, or oversee the work yourself. Revive's team handles the day-to-day communication and keeps you informed throughout.

Each Renovate to Sell project includes a dedicated Owner's Rep -- a Revive team member who serves as your single point of contact for the duration of the renovation. The Owner's Rep coordinates between you, the contractor, and Revive's internal team so you always know where things stand.

The work completed depends on the approved scope, which is specific to your home. Common renovation improvements include:

• Interior painting and new flooring
• Kitchen and bathroom updates
• Exterior improvements and landscaping
• Lighting, fixtures, and hardware
• Repair items identified during the planning phase

Every item completed was included in the scope you approved -- nothing extra is added without your knowledge and sign-off.

Renovation timelines vary based on the size and complexity of the scope. Your project timeline is established before work begins, and your Owner's Rep will keep you updated on progress throughout. Most projects are completed on the schedule set at approval.
