      My contact details or branding on my marketing collateral is wrong. What do I do?

      Quick fixes to ensure your marketing materials reflect your brand accurately

      Discovering inaccuracies in your brokerage or branding on marketing collateral can be concerning, but it's an issue that can be resolved swiftly. To ensure your marketing materials accurately reflect your professional identity, follow these steps to update your contact details or branding.

      Step 1: Update Your Marketing Profile Details

      1. Access Your Revive Account: Log into your Revive online account to begin the update process.

      2. Navigate to Profile Settings: On the left side navigation bar, scroll down to locate your profile settings, typically found at the bottom.

      3. Confirm Personal Details: Within your profile settings, start by confirming your personal details. This includes your contact information, which is crucial for client communication.

      4. Update Business Information: The next section is labeled "Business Information." Here, you can select your current brokerage, update your license number, and make any other relevant changes to ensure your professional details are correct.

      5. Social Media Details (Optional): If desired, you can also update your social media details to enhance your online presence.

      Step 2: Refresh Your Marketing Collateral

      1. Navigate to the Marketing Center: Return to the left navigation bar and select the Marketing Center. This is where all your marketing materials are managed.

      2. Refresh Marketing Collateral: Hover over any of the Marketing Collateral cards. You'll notice a refresh icon in the top right corner of each card. Clicking this icon will re-render the marketing piece with your newly updated personal details and/or branding.
