Meet your interior designer
A dedicated designer shapes the look and feel of your renovation before work begins.
One of the distinguishing features of Renovate to Stay is that every project includes a dedicated interior designer. This is not a generic style consultation -- your designer works specifically on your project, learns your preferences, and builds a detailed visual plan before any construction begins.
What the Designer DoesYour interior designer is responsible for translating your ideas into a concrete design direction. During this phase, they will:
- Review your goals, preferences, and any inspiration you have gathered
- Develop a style tailored to your project and your home
- Create 3D renderings so you can visualize the finished space before committing to a scope
- Present material ideas -- flooring, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, and more -- suited to your style
Revive's designers work across a range of styles including Spanish, Traditional, Midcentury Modern, Contemporary, and Coastal -- as well as custom combinations. Your renovation does not need to fit neatly into a single category. The designer's role is to understand your taste and build something that feels right for you.
Materials and PricingRevive has pre-negotiated pricing on materials and contractor services through its supplier and contractor network. This means you have access to quality materials at better prices than you would typically find on your own, and the selections presented by your designer are drawn from this network.
Design Before Construction
The design phase is a standalone part of the renovation process. During this stage, you'll work with your designer to refine the layout, finishes, and materials until you're comfortable with the overall direction.
What Comes NextOnce the design is finalized, Revive and the contractor will prepare a detailed scope of work and line-item budget based on the approved plans.
