Understanding Revive's capital contribution

Revive provides up to 95% of the total capital needed, covering both the property purchase and the renovation budget. This funding comes directly from Revive — there are no traditional bank loans or hard money lenders involved from your side.

Your contribution (5–20%) gives you meaningful skin in the game without requiring you to liquidate significant personal assets or take on debt. The exact split is discussed and agreed upon during the deal evaluation process.

Revive's ability to move quickly with capital is one of the biggest advantages of Flip 360. It lets you act on time-sensitive opportunities that you couldn't pursue independently.
