- Speed to Contact: Quickly reaching out to the lead is critical. The initial contact should be made as soon as possible to maximize the chances of success.
- Diligent Follow-Up: We expect Revive Edge Agents to provide weekly updates on the referral's status. Consistent communication is key, even if there's no change to report.
- Collaboration with Property Advisor: Each lead is associated with a property advisor. Working closely with them enhances the lead's experience and supports a unified approach.
Managing Your Lead
To effectively manage your lead within the Revive platform, follow these steps:

Access Your Revive Account: Log into your Revive online account and navigate to the Revive Edge tab on the left-side navigation bar.

Update Lead Status: On the right-hand side of the lead's details page, you'll find an option to update the status. It's crucial to log an update every 7 days. If there's no change within a week, it's still important to note this in the system.
