Homeowner consultation

What to expect when you first connect with Revive.

The homeowner consultation is your first formal introduction to the Sell 360 program. It is a no-obligation conversation where Revive's team walks you through how the process works, what you can expect to receive, and whether your property is a good fit.

Who Is Involved

The consultation typically includes the homeowner, the listing agent, and a Revive Property Advisor. Revive's Property Advisor leads the conversation, explains the program mechanics, and answers any questions from both parties.

What Gets Covered
  • How Sell 360 works -- the two-transaction structure, the upfront equity release, and the resale process
  • An overview of what Revive does during the renovation and resale phases
  • A preliminary look at whether the property and seller circumstances are a good fit for the program
  • Any questions or concerns the homeowner has before moving forward
What Happens After

If the property looks like a strong fit, Revive moves forward with building a formal proposal. The homeowner is under no obligation to proceed until they have reviewed the offer and decided it works for their situation.

The consultation is the starting point -- not a commitment. Its purpose is to give everyone the information they need to make a confident decision about next steps.
