Find the deal

Flip 360 starts with you -- identifying undervalued properties with strong investment potential.

Flip 360 is built for real estate agents who want to invest in flips but have been held back by capital requirements, execution complexity, or lack of an experienced partner. The first step is the one that plays directly to an agent's existing strengths: finding the right property.

What Revive Is Looking For

A strong Flip 360 candidate is an undervalued property in a market where renovation can generate a meaningful return. Agents use their local market knowledge to identify homes that are priced below their potential -- fixer-uppers, distressed properties, or homes that have been overlooked by traditional buyers.

The key metrics to evaluate when sourcing a deal include:

  • The purchase price relative to the after-repair value (ARV) of the renovated home
  • The estimated renovation scope and cost
  • The likely days on market for a renovated home in that area
  • The projected profit after renovation costs, purchase price, and fees
Getting Expert Input on the Deal

Agents do not have to underwrite deals alone. Revive provides expert guidance on evaluating and underwriting investment properties -- helping agents assess whether a deal makes sense before committing capital. This is part of what makes Flip 360 different from going it alone: you bring the deal, Revive helps you stress-test it.

How to Submit a Deal

Once you have identified a potential property, submit it to Revive through the Revive app or by booking a call with a Property Advisor. Revive will review the property, the market, and the numbers to determine whether it is a good fit for the Flip 360 program.

What Comes Next

If Revive determines the opportunity is a good fit for Flip360, the parties finalize the investment structure. In many projects, Revive contributes the majority of the capital required for the acquisition and renovation, while the agent contributes the remaining investment, as agreed for that transaction.
