Finalize offer

Confirming the terms and getting ready to move into escrow.

Finalizing the offer is the step where you formally accept the Sell 360 proposal and both parties align on the terms before escrow opens. This is the transition from exploration to execution.

What Finalization Involves

During this stage, you and your agent will review the offer terms with Revive one final time. Any outstanding questions about the upfront amount, the renovation scope, or the resale process are addressed here. Once both parties are aligned, the offer is accepted and the process moves forward.

The Renovation Scope

Part of finalizing the offer is reviewing and agreeing to the planned scope of renovation work. Revive will outline what improvements are included -- focused on upgrades that maximize the home's resale value. Only work included in the agreed scope will be carried out during the project phase.

The homeowner has the opportunity to ask questions about the scope before signing. Nothing proceeds without your approval.

What Gets Signed

Accepting the offer involves signing the agreements that govern the first transaction, the renovation, and the resale. Your agent and Revive's team will walk you through what each document covers. Once signed, escrow opens and the formal process begins.

What Comes Next

With the offer finalized, Revive opens escrow on the first transaction. This triggers the inspections, contractor scheduling, and project planning that lead into the renovation phase.
