Do your contractors offer a warranty?
How you are protected
The contractor is required to provide a warranty on their workmanship. That warranty is for the current owner/seller and is not transferable to the buyer. Agents should not represent that the home comes with a warranty; the home is sold "as-is".
That being said, if a buyer was to come after a seller for a defect in the work that was completed, the seller can submit the warranty request to Revive for review. Revive and its contractors stand behind their work.
