Do I have to manage anything during the process?

No. Once you accept the Sell 360 offer and close on the first payout, Revive takes over. They manage:

• All renovation and preparation work.

• Contractor selection and scheduling.

• Listing and marketing.

• Showings and offers.

• The final closing and second payout.

You'll receive updates throughout, but you're not expected to manage anything yourself.
