Construction
Revive manages the renovation from start to finish.
The construction phase is where the Sell 360 value becomes visible. Revive's team oversees the full renovation -- coordinating contractors, maintaining quality standards, and delivering a finished home that is ready to compete at the top of the market.
What Gets DoneOnly the work outlined in the approved scope of work is completed during this phase. Revive's renovation strategy is focused on improvements that generate the strongest return on investment -- updates that matter most to buyers in your specific market. Typical renovation work may include:
- Interior painting and flooring
- Kitchen and bathroom updates
- Landscaping and exterior improvements
- Lighting, fixtures, and hardware
- Any repair items identified during the inspection phase
The exact scope varies by property. Every item completed was reviewed and approved by the homeowner before the project began.
