Only the work outlined in the approved scope of work is completed during this phase. Revive's renovation strategy is focused on improvements that generate the strongest return on investment -- updates that matter most to buyers in your specific market. Typical renovation work may include:

• Interior painting and flooring
• Kitchen and bathroom updates
• Landscaping and exterior improvements
• Lighting, fixtures, and hardware
• Any repair items identified during the inspection phase

The exact scope varies by property. Every item completed was reviewed and approved by the homeowner before the project began.
